Blown Account – Lessons Learned

Yesterday, I blew up my $300 account. But this time, I know exactly where I went wrong:

1. Ignored my stop loss.

2. Moved stops lower, taking bigger losses.

3. Overtraded—turned green days into red.

4. Held losers too long.

5. Cut winners too fast.

6. Didn’t follow my predefined plan.

7. Got emotional, hoping trades would come back.

8. Forced trades without clear A+ setups.

9. Tried swing trades against the trend.

10. Took revenge trades after losses.

11. Had an 80% win-rate setup but failed to execute.

12. Chased 0DTE SPY/SPX instead of sticking with TSLA.

13. Kept switching strategies (ICT, breakout/retest, ORB) instead of mastering one.

14. Misread FOMC news.

15. Let FOMO drag me down.

After a 7-day break, I’ll restart with $500 on September 1, 2025—this time with discipline.
